MADISON, Wis. – October 5, 2026 – Core Spring Diagnostics will begin seeing clients at its new Madison office at 780 Regent Street, Suite 302, Madison, WI 53715, on October 12, 2026.

The move to Regent Street will provide a new setting for Core Spring Diagnostics to continue offering comprehensive psychological and neuropsychological evaluations.

The new office is being designed to provide a welcoming and comfortable environment for clients throughout the evaluation process.
