Berlin, Germany, September 17, 2026 – DigitalWinners GmbH, the German consultancy behind the OKR Experts brand (okrexperts.com), has received the BIG BANG INNOVATION Award 2026 for its project “AI OKR Coach”. The award was presented on September 16, 2026, in Berlin in the category “Consulting Innovation, DUP Editorial Award” (German: “Beratungs-Innovation, DUP-Redaktionspreis”) during the BIG BANG KI Festival, a cross-industry event on artificial intelligence (KI is the German abbreviation for AI). The award is presented by the German Institute for Service Quality (DISQ) and the business magazine DUP UNTERNEHMER and recognizes projects that respond to technological change with effective, future-oriented solutions.
What the AI OKR Coach is
The AI OKR Coach is an AI-supported ecosystem for strategy execution with Objectives and Key Results (OKR), a goal-setting method companies use to translate strategy into measurable outcomes. At its core is a specialized AI copilot, now available as the OKR Companion web app at okr-companion.com. The app provides three AI assistants: the OKR Coach delivers OKR knowledge and methodology on demand, the OKR Goal Assistant drafts and sharpens objectives and key results, and the KR & KPI Assistant identifies suitable metrics and benchmarks. The app also includes the OKR handbook “OKR kompakt” as an e-book and a curated OKR news feed.
