The inspection was led by experts from the CCSA, who strictly followed the *2026 Key Hazardous Chemical Counties Expert Guidance Service Self-Inspection Checklist*. The team conducted a full-dimension review of the company’s safety management, on-site operations, equipment operation, and hazard rectification, and carried out a “look-back” at the rectification of hazards identified during the expert guidance service in December 2025.
Proactive Self-Inspection and Comprehensive PreparationStrictly following the work arrangements of the County Emergency Management Bureau, the company completed a full-coverage self-inspection and self-rectification from April 10 to 12, 2026. Each item was checked against the standards, a checklist was established, and corrective actions were implemented to ensure the highest level of readiness for the inspection. During the inspection, the company’s primary responsible persons, safety management team, and workshop heads accompanied the experts throughout, actively reporting, answering truthfully, and confirming on-site, fully demonstrating Yihao Chemical’s proactive, rigorous, and pragmatic approach to safety management.
Expert Diagnosis and Targeted GuidanceThe expert team conducted detailed inspections in key areas such as the production workshop, central control room, tank farm, hazardous chemicals storage area, and maintenance and repair work sites. They focused on critical items including special work management, contractor management, personnel qualifications, major hazard source control, process safety, electrical and instrumentation systems, and emergency management, performing meticulous checks against national standards and industry norms.
The expert team fully affirmed Jiangxi Yihao Chemical’s construction of an automated, intelligent, and information-based production base; the implementation of its ISO9001/ISO45001/ISO14000 management systems; its practice of EHS green safety concepts; and its self-inspection and rectification efforts. At the same time, they provided professional and actionable recommendations for improving weak links, pointing the way for the company to continuously enhance its intrinsic safety level.
