Jiangxi Yihao Chemical Launches 2026 Work Safety Month Campaign – Fortifying Safety Defenses for Fine Chemical Production
Ganzhou, Jiangxi, China – August 18, 2026 – On June 1, 2026, the site of Jiangxi Yihao Chemical Technology Co., Ltd.’s project for an annual output of 25,000 tons of fluorine-containing coatings, adhesives and saturated polyester products was decorated with fluttering banners. The 2026 Work Safety Month campaign, themed Everyone Prioritizes Safety, Everyone Masters Emergency Response — Identify and Rectify Potential Risks and Hazards, officially kicked off. The company’s principal leaders, department heads and frontline production staff attended the launching ceremony, marking the start of a one-month special work safety initiative.
Align with the Campaign Theme and Implement Safety Responsibilities Across All Links
At the ceremony, the Safety and Environment Department conveyed the relevant work requirements for the 2026 national and Jiangxi Provincial Work Safety Month campaigns. The core objectives of this activity were clarified: to conduct a comprehensive inspection of potential safety hazards throughout project construction, equipment installation and pre-production preparation, improve the risk management and control mechanism, and enhance all employees’ emergency response capabilities.
“Our project involves various flammable, explosive, toxic and hazardous materials such as ethyl acetate, toluene diisocyanate (TDI) and natural gas, and includes multiple processes like esterification and polycondensation. Negligence at any link may lead to serious consequences,” the company’s General Manager stressed in his mobilization speech. “This campaign will be carried out in a down-to-earth manner with no formalities. We must carry out hazard identification at every post, for every piece of equipment and in every operational detail, so as to build solid safety defenses at the forefront of production.”
The campaign will be carried out around three core components: First, a company-wide hazard inspection drive. Professional teams composed of technicians from process, equipment and safety departments will conduct phased inspections covering all key areas including Class A workshops, tank farms, loading and unloading zones, utility buildings and wastewater treatment stations. The inspection will focus on checking the integrity of facilities such as anti-static grounding systems, combustible gas alarms, interlock shutdown devices and tail gas treatment systems. Meanwhile, frontline employees are encouraged to report hidden operational hazards at their posts, and special rewards will be granted for valid hazard reports.
Second, targeted safety training. Specialized training sessions will be held in batches covering key hazardous chemicals under strict supervision, high-risk process operations, confined space work and maintenance safety. Any employee who fails the assessment will be suspended from work.
Third, practical emergency drills. All departments will organize comprehensive emergency drills simulating emergency scenarios such as material leakage in tank farms and workshop fires. The drills will test the full-process response capabilities including personnel evacuation, leakage containment, casualty rescue and environmental protection coordination. Meanwhile, the linkage mechanism between the company’s emergency plans and the industrial park’s emergency response system will be optimized.

Promote Long-term Management and Consolidate Inherent Work Safety Foundations
During the ceremony, heads of the Production Department, Equipment Department and Safety and Environment Department signed Work Safety Commitment Letters one after another. They pledged to fully implement the main work safety responsibilities, resolutely put an end to illegal operations, illegal commands and violations of labor discipline, and ensure zero safety incidents during the final stage of project construction.
“The Work Safety Month lasts for only 30 days, yet work safety management must be implemented all year round,” remarked the company’s principal leader in his concluding speech. Taking this campaign as an opportunity, the company will consistently enforce the three simultaneities principle for safety facilities, accelerate the deployment of Distributed Control System (DCS) and Gas Detection System (GDS), and rigorously implement operational procedures. It will also strictly require the company’s principal person-in-charge and safety management personnel to hold valid professional certificates. Regular hazard inspection and rectification will be maintained. The company will fully integrate the guideline of putting safety first, focusing on prevention and conducting comprehensive management into the entire project operation process, build an intrinsically safe fine chemical enterprise, and contribute to the safe development of Huichang Fluoride & Salt New Materials Industrial Base.
