TruckerNavi Releases Free Trucker App on iOS and Android as Founder Publishes Two Compliance Books
TruckerNavi: the free bilingual toolkit for owner-operators, now on iOS and Android.
The bilingual toolkit for owner-operators (FMCSA carrier checks, paperwork deadlines and a family trip link) is now on both app stores, alongside two books on US trucking compliance by founder Dmitry Borovoy.

NEW JERSEY – August 14, 2026 – TruckerNavi Inc, an FMCSA compliance service for immigrant owner-operators, has released its free trucker application on Google Play, completing the pair with the iOS version launched earlier this summer. In the same month, founder Dmitry Borovoy published his second book on US trucking regulation.

The TruckerNavi app is free, carries no ads and requires no account. It lets a driver check any carrier or broker against official FMCSA data by DOT number, MC number or company name, including names typed in Cyrillic; keeps a paperwork calendar that computes the MCS-150 biennial update deadline from a USDOT number and tracks UCR and IFTA dates; and includes a map of Russian-speaking truck repair shops, parts stores and services across dozens of US cities. A trip-sharing feature creates a private link so a driver’s family can see where the truck is and what the weather is like around it, with no accounts and no tracking after the trip ends. The app also carries a breakdown SOS, a DOT inspection walkthrough, an English phrasebook with audio, and load-profit, IFTA and per-diem calculators. The interface runs in English, Russian and Ukrainian.

“A trucker’s phone is his office,” said Dmitry Borovoy, founder of TruckerNavi. “We put the boring but expensive part of trucking, the filings, the deadlines, the carrier checks, into it for free, in the language the driver actually thinks in. The app is free because drivers who feel taken care of come back when they need authority filings, safety compliance or insurance.”

Borovoy’s first book, “Safety Manager: From Zero to Expert,” a DOT/FMCSA compliance handbook, was published on July 31 and is available on Amazon in Kindle, paperback and hardcover editions, with the Russian edition free to read online. His second book, “From SAFER to Motus. Surviving FMCSA’s Registration Overhaul,” covers the agency’s transition from the legacy SAFER, L&I and URS systems to the new Motus registration platform launched on May 19, 2026: the first book-length treatment of a change that affects every registered carrier in the country.

The releases extend an ecosystem that already includes more than 380 bilingual articles on US trucking regulation, safety and insurance across TruckerNavi’s sites, one of the largest Russian-language resource libraries on the subject.
