Bondex Provides Nonwoven Textiles for Specialized Industrial Applications
Founded in 1997, Bondex serves customers in filtration, electrical insulation, automotive, medical, home care, reprographics and other industrial markets. The company develops materials around each customer’s performance requirements rather than limiting buyers to a standard product catalog.

Nonwoven Solutions for Filtration and Beyond
Bondex’s Hydrolox® family uses hydro-entangling technology to produce heavier-weight filtration media for industrial dust-collection applications. The company works with polyester, PPS and aramid and other fibers, while Hydrolox® HCE uses fine fibers to provide high filtration efficiency comparable to ePTFE laminated felts.
Beyond filtration, Bondex supplies nonwoven textiles for electrical insulation, separation composites, technical cleaning and oiling webs, automotive applications, medical products and other specialized uses. Its finishing capabilities can also add properties such as water resistance, oil resistance or increased hydrophilicity based on application requirements.
Bondex works directly with engineers, manufacturers and product-development teams to evaluate materials, create prototypes and establish repeatable production solutions. Laboratory services include filtration-efficiency testing, air-permeability testing, mechanical-property analysis and material characterization.
Companies looking for custom nonwoven textiles can contact Bondex to discuss fiber selection, weight, thickness, width, finishing requirements and intended product performance.
