Austin, TX – July 8, 2026 – Ugly Sleep Club has launched a chemist-formulated sleep skincare collection designed to make nighttime routines more functional. Founded by analytical chemist Grace Clark and designed in Austin, Texas, the line includes its flagship product, collagen-infused mouth tape, alongside nasal strips, reusable silicone under-eye masks, reusable forehead masks, and coordinated product bundles.

The collection was developed around a practical view of beauty sleep: products used overnight should support the routine itself, even when they don’t look glamorous. Rather than treating sleep and skincare as separate categories, Ugly Sleep Club brings overnight-use accessories and reusable skincare tools together in one product range.

Clark began developing the mouth tape after reviewing products already on the market and finding adhesives that contained PFAS or did not fully disclose their ingredients. Since mouth tape remains in contact with the skin for several hours, she wanted to create a formula using ingredients more commonly found in personal care products.

Using her background in analytical chemistry, Clark developed an adhesive infused with vegan collagen, aloe vera, panthenol, biotin, and vitamin E. These ingredients are widely used in skincare products for their moisturizing and conditioning properties. The product also undergoes third-party laboratory testing. According to the company, no PFAS were detected in the April 2026 production batch.

The mouth tape is designed to keep the lips gently closed during sleep and encourage breathing through the nose. Nasal breathing may help reduce morning dry mouth and occasional snoring for some users. Each pack contains a 30-day supply and is priced at $32.95. Multi-month packs and a selection of patterned designs are also available.

Complementing the mouth tape is Ugly Sleep Club’s nasal strips. These are designed to lift the sides of the nose and help improve airflow through the nasal passages. They can be worn separately or together with the mouth tape.

The collection also includes washable silicone masks shaped for the under-eye and forehead areas. The masks are placed over a serum or moisturizer to create a moisture-sealing layer, helping the product remain on the skin instead of transferring to pillows or bedding.

Products are sold separately and in bundles that combine mouth tape, nasal strips, and silicone masks.
