Grand Rapids team joins 18 recognized for driving more than $1 billion in collective volume; hosts “Epique Explained” online Sept. 25.<\/div>\n

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – September 21, 2026<\/strong> – The Lash Group, a West Michigan real estate team brokered by Epique Realty, has been named one of 18 Power Teams in Epique Realty’s 2026 top-performing teams recognition, announced Sept. 10. The teams recognized closed more than $1 billion in combined sales volume.<\/p>\n

The team will host Epique Explained, a free online event open to licensed agents nationwide, on Friday, Sept. 25 at 1 p.m. ET.<\/p>\n

The Lash Group holds a 4.9-star average across more than 390 Google reviews.<\/p>\n

Team lead and associate broker Jason Lash, who was born and raised in Kentwood and holds a marketing degree from Davenport University, has worked West Michigan real estate since 2008. He built the team around specialization rather than volume: dedicated listing agents, buyer specialists and in-house transaction coordination, serving Grand Rapids, East Grand Rapids, Kentwood, Wyoming, Grandville, Hudsonville, Jenison, Byron Center, Caledonia, Ada, Rockford and Walker.<\/p>\n

“Most agents don’t leave a brokerage over the split. They leave because nobody ever showed them a system,” Lash said. “What we built isn’t complicated – a list, a phone, and a process you actually follow. On Friday we’re walking through the whole thing and answering anything anyone wants to ask.”<\/p>\n

The event is part of a wider campaign Lash organized across his Epique network, in which participating agents each committed to 100 outreach calls to agents in their markets.<\/p>\n
