Fla., United States – September 1, 2026 –<\/strong> FIGHT MAP INC. today announced the launch of FightMap (fightmap.app<\/a>), a boxing app and MMA app that solves the oldest problem in combat sports: finding the fights. While the big pay-per-view cards dominate screens, thousands of local fight events happen across the United States every year — amateur boxing shows, regional MMA cards, kickboxing, Muay Thai, and jiu-jitsu events that fans only hear about through gym flyers and word of mouth. FightMap puts all of them on a single live map.<\/p>\n

“There’s a fight near you tonight — most people just don’t know it,” said Shah Day<\/a>, co-founder and CEO of FightMap. “Thousands of amateur and pro events happen every year in gyms and arenas across the country. Fans want to be cageside, fighters want to sell out their sections, and promoters want full rooms. FightMap connects all three.”<\/p>\n

Every fight, one map<\/p>\n

FightMap works like a discovery engine for live combat sports. Fans open the map, see every upcoming event near them, and filter by discipline — boxing, MMA, kickboxing, Muay Thai, or jiu-jitsu — and by distance. Each listing shows the venue, the card, and ticket options, whether it’s an amateur show in a high school gym or a regional pro card in a downtown arena.<\/p>\n

Unlike general-purpose ticket marketplaces, FightMap sells tickets directly from the promoter, cutting out scalpers and resale markups. Digital QR-based ticketing replaces the hand-sold paper tickets that fighters have hauled around gyms for decades, and gives promoters a real count of who’s coming before doors open.<\/p>\n

Built for the grassroots fight economy<\/p>\n

Local promoters currently patch together Eventbrite pages, Instagram posts, and door sales. FightMap gives them a home built for fight events specifically: event pages fans actually browse, direct ticket revenue, and an audience that opened the app looking for exactly what they’re selling.<\/p>\n

“We built FightMap so a promoter can list an event in minutes and a fan can have a QR ticket on their phone seconds later,” said Rob Stoner, co-founder and CTO of FightMap. “Under the hood we’re pulling every source of fight event data into one clean map — but for the user it’s dead simple: open the app, see the fights, go.”<\/p>\n
