Driven by a profound commitment to advancing psychiatric diagnosis, treatment, and research, Dr. Ajayi has served as a medical student lecturer and conducted extensive research spanning various medical domains. Currently, he offers tele consult-liaison and emergency room services to prominent hospital networks in the Atlanta area, alongside outpatient medication management across multiple clinics.

In 2019, Dr. Ajayi founded Connected Minds with a vision to provide accessible, compassionate, and culturally sensitive mental health care to individuals from all backgrounds. The ethos of Connected Minds centers on empathy, collaboration, and holistic wellness, ensuring that each patient receives personalized attention and support.
