MIAMI, FL, 23-10-2026 — Miami Nights Party Bus is pleased to announce it has published a plain-language booking and onboard standard for its party bus rentals in Miami, covering alcohol policies, adult supervision for teen groups and vehicle access at pickup locations. The information gives parents and event organizers written requirements to review before paying a deposit.

For a parent arranging a quinceañera or prom, booking transportation involves more than counting seats. Questions about supervision, alcohol and the route need clear answers. An organizer planning an adult celebration faces different decisions, including whether the selected bus can reach a hotel entrance and how much time to allow between stops. The company’s published standard addresses these practical concerns before the trip begins.

Any Miami Nights Party Bus charter carrying a passenger under 21 operates under a zero-alcohol policy. For these bookings, coolers arrive empty, the bar is stocked with water and soft drinks, and an optional bag check may take place at boarding. The chauffeur has authority to end the trip if the alcohol policy is violated.

Teen charters also require one adult chaperone for every 15 teens and a fixed itinerary agreed upon in advance. These are company booking requirements intended to establish expectations for families, organizers and passengers.

“We put both halves in writing, along with the chaperone rules for teen bookings, because the parent calling about a quince deserves a policy and not a wink,” said Nicholas Benson, owner of Miami Nights Party Bus.

For adult groups, the booking information distinguishes between company policy and Florida’s open-container rules. Florida Statute § 316.1936(5) provides exemptions for certain passengers receiving contracted transportation or traveling on buses whose drivers hold the specified commercial licence and passenger endorsement. The statute also allows stricter local restrictions. These exemptions do not override drinking-age requirements, and the company’s zero-alcohol rule applies whenever anyone aboard is under 21.

Vehicle access is another part of the booking review. A full-size bus may have enough seats for a group but be unable to clear a hotel canopy on Miami Beach or enter a Brickell parking garage. Miami Nights Party Bus checks the actual pickup and drop-off addresses before confirming a suitable vehicle.

The company identifies party bus options for 20, 30, 40 and 50 passengers, alongside Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vans and black car service. It states that it owns its vehicles rather than subcontracting bookings to unrelated operators. Vehicle availability and amenities should be confirmed for each reservation.

Route planning also takes Miami’s geography into account. Causeway traffic can affect journeys between mainland Miami and Miami Beach. A consolidated pickup point can simplify departures compared with collecting passengers at several scattered addresses.

The standards apply across a service offering that includes weddings, birthdays, bachelor and bachelorette parties, quinceañeras, proms, graduations, corporate and convention transportation, concerts and stadium events.
