“Singles want to meet organically, ditch online and on-app dating, and interact with a real person before deciding whether to take things further. Now, there’s a book for that—and it’s short and easy to use. Throw in science and a $2.99 price tag, and singles can’t afford not to be their own matchmakers.”

Relationship science advice publisher Love Factually Singles, an imprint of LoveScience Media, LLC, announces its release of book for people who want to ditch online and on-app dating and meet people in real life, by Duana C. Welch, Ph.D.

EUGENE, OREGON – March 19, 2019 – Love Factually Singles, an imprint of LoveScience Media, LLC, today announced the release of its second book: Love Factually: How to Be Your Own Matchmaker & Meet People In Real Life. The book, which launched in the top 100 at Amazon on its first day, fits with Love Factually Singles’ mission to deliver the targeted content readers want at truly affordable prices. At 44 pages and $2.99, this new book covers these topics in four short chapters, complete with examples and optional exercises.

Says author Dr. Duana Welch, “Increasingly, singles want to meet organically, ditch online and on-app dating, and interact with a real person before deciding whether to take things further. Many folks are weary of the swipe-right meat market, or feel vulnerable being judged solely on their appearance. But hiring a matchmaker is simply out of reach for most. And my clients who’ve paid for high-end matchmakers say they’ve had better results from learning how to find people than from having someone else do it for them. Now, there’s a book for that—and it’s short and easy to use. Throw in science and a $2.99 price tag, and singles can’t afford not to learn these skills.”

Parent company LoveScience Media, LLC, launched Love Factually for Single Parents [& Those Dating Them] in January of this year, with its first title, Love Factually: 10 Proven Steps from I Wish to I Do (now out in five languages), released in January of 2015. Those full-length books are endorsed by the best scientists in the relationship and psychology fields, including globally renowned long-term-relationship scientist Dr. John Gottman, who endorsed the first Love Factually and who now has a new book out; Dr. David Buss, whose research and writing on evolutionary psychology has influenced thinking and dating worldwide; and Dr. Terri Orbuch, whose twenty-plus-year studies and writing show couples how to stay in love and how to succeed if they need to start again. The new Singles-books series content is updated and comes in part or in full from these full-length books—depending on the topic–, so that readers who want to save time and money can select precisely the content that matters the most to them.

Concludes Welch, “If you can’t afford a matchmaker, are tired of on-app dating, or want to find The One in real life—this book is for you!”
